I don't know if he is right but it does make sense about trying to have the presidency when/if martial law is declared. The only thing is that I don't believe the presidents have that much power because they are only a puppet for the NWO in the grand scheme of things and would easily be taken out if they themselves tried to go against our global overlords. Things are always interesting to say the least.
